Primary Care Campaigns & Creative

Primary Care Physicians are a major focal point of University Hospitals marketing efforts. I have been tasked to create many cohesive marketing campaigns and assets for “Preventative Medicine” and “Finding a Doctor” throughout my career. These campaigns are typically made up of print, display, direct mail, and social media advertising. The objective is to engage users through geographically targeted tactics and convert consumers to find a UH Primary Care Physician in their area. Typically, with the support of an external design agency, we run A/B Testing to reinforce our marketing efforts and assure that we’re running our best creative possible.

Research

Before digging into the design of these campaigns, I typically glance at local competitors of University Hospitals, such as The Cleveland Clinic; Metro Health, and do a general search of marketing in current Health Care. This way I can keep an eye on what’s in the market and if there are any trends, I should be aware of.
